Who Boot Camp workouts are for?
If you're thinking, "this all sounds good Andrew but boot camp classes are probably too advanced for my fitness level," let me address your concerns right now.
I've designed the Charleston Boot Camp classes with two levels (beginner and advanced) so you never have to worry about being in a class that's too hard. This is something that most boot camps leave out when they lump everyone together into one group. The problem is not only is this practice not very effective for producing results, but it can also lead to injuries and embarrassment with new exercisers just starting out on a fitness program.
If you're just starting a personal fitness program you can rest assured that the beginner's boot camp won't leave you feeling intimated, embarrassed, or worse yet get you injured from jumping into high intensity exercise too soon.
What makes my Charleston Boot Camp program different?
You’ll be pushed and encouraged (key word “encouraged” and not yelled at) in my Charleston Boot Camp program. It’s a high energy environment where everyone is working hard doing their best but nobody is left behind.
